Storage & security
All records use Nookal, a secure, compliant, cloud-based record management system. Data is protected using 256-bit SSL / HTTPS encryption with automatic off-site backups. Nookal complies with the Privacy Act 1988, Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), GDPR, and HIPAA. Access is managed through unique user login and two-factor authentication. The system maintains activity logs, 24/7 monitoring, and automatic data backups.

I only share information with your consent, or as required by law, including with:
- Your GP or other health professionals
- Aged care providers or support coordinators
- Medicare, DVA, NDIS, or relevant funding bodies

You may request access to, or correction of, your information at any time.

Mobile service privacy
As a mobile provider, all devices are encrypted, and no personal information is discussed in public or shared spaces.
